Loretta Kay (Scott) Cole, daughter to Bernard Orval Scott and Irma LaVerne (Johnson) Scott, was born on May 1, 1952 in Villisca, Ia. She moved to Colorado and obtained her GED but shortly after returned to Iowa where she made Clearfield her home. She worked at a nursing home for a while then left there to work at Bunn-o-matic with housekeeping. She did so for over 16 years. Loretta is survived by her children, Kenneth (Deen), Tracy, Darold and Tammy; brother, Doug; and two sisters, Kathy and Diane; eleven grandchildren, six great-grandchildren and many nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents, grandson, Michael Ray Degutis, her brother, Dennis Scott, sister, Doris Blume and niece, Staci Young.
