Read More	Last Will and Testament of Louisa Bever, Deceased Gill Township, January 25/ [18]87 Know all men by these presents that I Louisa Bever of Gill Township, Clay County, Kansas being of sound mind and memory do make, publish, declare this my last Will and Testament hereby revoking and making void all former wills by me at any time heretofore made. First. My will is that all of my just debts and funeral expenses shall by my executor, hereinafter (mentioned) or named be paid out of estate as soon after my demise shall by them be found convenient and it is my wish that my remains be taken to and interred in a certain cemetery known by the name of Deselm situated in the Town of Rockville and the County of Kankakee and State of Illinois beside of the remains of my husband, William Bever, but to be distinctly understood this isn't binding or one of the conditions of this Will and only to be dun if found convenient and if not found convenient to intur my remains in some cemetery in Kansas. Second. That immediately following my demise a certain parcel of land knowing as the east one half (1/2) of Section Nine (9) Town ten (10) Range three East of the sixth PM containing Eighty (80) acres more or less be sold subject to a mortgage of Two Hundred and Fifty Dollars ($250.) held by the New England Loan and Trust Co of Kansas City MO unless said mortgage shall have been released and the balance of the proceeds of said sale less a certain amount being the expenses of my support from the date of this instrument to the time of my demise which amount shall belong to and be paid first to the heir, heirs son, sons daughter or daughters that have given me support be divided evenly, among my four sons respectively John Bever Samuel Bever Henry Bever James Bever and named of daughters respectively Elizabeth Deihl Camilla Harsh and Emiline Harsh and to my son Aron Bever shall be paid the sum of Five ($5.00) Dollars in cash to be paid him by my executor hereinafter named. Third. My will is that my personal effects shall be divided among my daughters as follows, Camilla Harsh, one Quilt (goaturn nine patch) and one feather tick Elizabeth Deihl one black walnut sink (2) sets feather pillows one feather bolster one wash stand one ??? boiler. As to wearing apparel my aforementioned daughter Elizabeth Deihl can hold the same in possession and divide them among the rest as her judgment may dictate. Fourth. I hereby nominate and appoint Walls C. Shreffled of Gill Township, Clay County Kansas as Executor.
