Flint died Tuesday morning at 6 o'clock in Topeka, at the home of her sister, Mrs. W. W. Denison, with whom she lived the past few months. Mrs. Flint was born in Greenwich Ohio, August 2, 1835. Her maiden name was Louisa M. Fancher. In 1860, at Crown Point, Ind., she married Albert S. Flint, and in 1870 they came to Eureka, Kan. Thirteen years later they moved to Emporia, where Mr. Flint died in 1898. Mrs. Flint lived in Emporia until ten years ago, when she moved to Kansas City, where she lived until a few months ago. Mrs. Flint was in the dry goods an millinery business for more than fifty years. Her shop in Emporia was in the building at 13 West Sixth Avenue. She was a competent business woman, and had a large and thriving trade for many years. She had many friends in Emporia. She united with the First Methodist Church at the age of 10 and was a consistent Christian throughout her life. She was a member of the Rebekah Lodge. She is survived by two sisters, Mrs. A. A. Tubbs, of Kansas City, and Mrs. W. W. Denison, of Topeka, and one brother, S. C. Fancher, of Kansas City. The funeral was held this morning at 10 o'clock in the Dumm Chapel. Rev. J. C. Brogan conducted the services, and the Odd Fellows were in charge. Interment was made in Maplewood Cemetery. ***********************************************
