Description	:	Funeral services for Louise Ann Allen, 84, of Creighton, were held Saturday, Jan. 29, 1994 at St. Mark's Episcopal Church in Creighton. Reverand Creighton Robertson officiated with burial following in Greenwood Cemetery. Pallbearers were Gary Frederick, James Sucha, Joseph Bauer, James Frederick, Harold Juzenas and Craig Frederick. Louise Ann (Terry) Allen was born October 5, 1909 to Fred and Anna (Brown) Terry at Norfolk and died January 25, 1994 at Alpine Village Nursing Home in Verdigre. She graduated from Norfolk High School in 1927 and attended Wayne State College for two years. She taught school near Warnerville for several years.... Louise Ann (Terry) Allen was born October 5, 1909 to Fred and Anna (Brown) Terry at Norfolk and died January 25, 1994 at Alpine Village Nursing Home in Verdigre. She graduated from Norfolk High School in 1927 and attended Wayne State College for two years. She taught school near Warnerville for several years. On December 25, 1930 she married Gerald Allen at Warnerville. They lived at Norfolk, Hooper and York before moving to Creighton where they owned and operated the Gambles Store. Her husband died August 22, 1986. She has been a resident of Alpine Village since 1988. Mrs. Allen was a member of St. Mark's Episcopal Church, Lundberg Memorial Hospital Auxillary, P.E.O. and Eastern Star. Survivors include children and spouses, Gerald Jr. and Mary Ann Allen of Ainsworth, Ann and Dick Hutchson of Onawa, IA and Jane and Allen Holock of Vermillion, SD; ten grandchildren and three great grandchildren and a brother, Fred "Fritz" Terry of Meadow Grove. She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, a son, a granddaughter, two brothers and five sisters. The family has requested that memorials be directed to the Allen Scholarship Foundation in care of the American National Bank of Creighton.
