Description	:	Louise Heidema passed away peacefully on Sunday, October 26, 2014, at Highgate Memory Care. She had just celebrated her 93rd birthday. Louise was born October 7, 1921, in Manhattan, Mont., the third child of Louis “LJ” and Anna Heidema. Read More	Louise Heidema passed away peacefully on Sunday, October 26, 2014, at Highgate Memory Care. She had just celebrated her 93rd birthday. Louise was born October 7, 1921, in Manhattan, Mont., the third child of Louis “LJ” and Anna Heidema. The family moved to Billings when she was nine and she attended Scandia School through the eighth grade. Aunt Louise was a very generous, caring, selfless and loving person to all she met. She was known to put others before herself and left an imprint on everyone’s heart. Aunt Louise dedicated her entire life to her family – taking care of her parents and brothers until their deaths. Her love for family extended to her nieces and nephews as she would make sure we had a cookie (a little glass of wine when we were older) or a blanket to cover us when we took afternoon naps at the farm. Even though she had no children of her own, she was a second mother to us. Aunt Louise was a faithful member of the New Apostolic Church attending every service possible until recently when her physical body made it more difficult. She was preceded in death by her parents; four brothers, John, David, Jake and George; and three sisters, Agnes, Betty and Anna Lou. She was a wonderful and special aunt and a blessing to all of us. We will miss you Aunt Louise. Some will say: “There She Goes” Many will say, “Here She Comes” A memorial service will be at 3 p.m. Saturday November 1, the New Apostolic Church; 500 15th Street West. She will be buried with her parents at Sunset Memorial Gardens. Memorials may be made to the New Apostolic Church or the charity of your choice.
