Read More	Thurs., October 8, 1931 Indianola Record Louise Kiethel Alexander was born Jan. 28, 1916, at the present home of her parents in Jefferson Township, near Prole, and passed from this life Sept. 30, 1931, at the age of 15 years, 8 months, and 2 days. She united with the Linn Grove Methodist Episcopal church when ten years of age and in every way possible she served in Sunday school, daily vacation bible school, and church services. Her cheerfulness in the face of illness which had been her lot for the past five years was a source of inspiration to all who knew her. Louise attended the Dover school, one year in Norwalk, and attempted to go again last year and this, but became too ill to do so. She was taken to Des Moines for an operation and died there Wednesday, September 30. We cannot understand why death should choose so shining a mark but only say by faith in God "Thy will be done." She leaves to mourn, her parents, Mr. and Mrs. L.I. Alexander, her brothers and sisters, Eugene of Freeport, Ill., Carroll, Bernice, Dorothy, Irene, Pauline, Dale, and Ruth all of Prole also two nieces and two nephews, Dorothy May and Beverly Ann, Lowell and Paul Alexander; many other relatives and a host of friends. One sister, Freda, preceded her in death. The funeral services were held in the Linn Grove Methodist church conducted by her pastor, W.W. Watson. Pall bearers were Joe Hickman, John Newell, Corwin Ellis, Howard Hagen, Clifford Sorenson, and Stanley Sorensen. Interment was made in the Webb cemetery.
