Description	:	Unknown newspaper March 1899 Mrs. Louise Lauenstein, wife of Frederick Lauenstein, died at her home in Bennett Township, Monday, March 13th 1899, of an attack of lagrippe. Her age was 68 years and four months. She was born in German on the 16th of November, 1830, and was married to Frederick Lauenstein in 1856 in Hanover, Germany. In 1870 they came to this country and settled down in Bureau county (sic), Illinois, where they lived for nine years. In 1879 they came to Fillmore county (sic), Nebraska, settling on a farm in Bennett Township, where they have since resided.... Her age was 68 years and four months. She was born in German on the 16th of November, 1830, and was married to Frederick Lauenstein in 1856 in Hanover, Germany. In 1870 they came to this country and settled down in Bureau county (sic), Illinois, where they lived for nine years. In 1879 they came to Fillmore county (sic), Nebraska, settling on a farm in Bennett Township, where they have since resided. Three children were born to them, all in Germany; two sons, William and Louis, one daughter, Louisa. William is living in Momence township and Louis and Louisa are living with their father. The funeral took place from the home on the 16th of March. The sermon was preached by Rev. Abright and the remains were taken to their last resting place followed by a large circle of friends. Deceased was buried in the Sutton Cemetery.
