Charles Rock Road, the body was cremated. Mr. Petracek, 89m died Tuesday of heart disease at his home. He owned Midland Pharmacy in Wellston and Hathaway Pharmacy in Moline Acres. Charles Rock Road, the body was cremated. Mr. Petracek, 89m died Tuesday of heart disease at his home. He owned Midland Pharmacy in Wellston and Hathaway Pharmacy in Moline Acres. He was active in the Bridgeton Kiwanis Club, which he founded in 1970. He was lieutenant governor of Kiwanis and also formed the Black Jack and the Berkeley-Hazelwood Kiwanis Clubs. He was a charter member of the Spanish Lake Kiwanis Club. He spent a great deal of time helping Kiwanis Camp Wyman in Eureka. About 10 years ago, he was grandfather-in-residence at the camp. During World War II, he was a narcotics agent for the U.S. Treasury Department in St. Louis and Kansas City. Surviving are two sons, Robert of Webster Groves and Milo of Orangeville, Calif.; two daughters, Mavis Wulf of Lincoln, Neb., and Virginia DeFreese of Bridgeton; two brothers, Arnold and Frank of the Chicago area; 18 grandchildren; and 1 great-grandchildren. St. Louis Post-Dispatch Jul 7, 1963 Petracek-Lud R., 89, St. Louis, formerly of Lincoln, died Tuesday. Retired pharmacist. Lincoln area resident until 1945. Survivors: sons, Milo, Orangevale, Calif., Robert, St. Louis; daughters, Mrs. Don (Virginia) DeFreese, St. Louis, Mrs. Harold (Mavis) Wulf, Lincoln; 18 grandchildren; 16 great-grandchildren.
