Description	:	Luella Matilda Kinnison, youngest daughter of William Henry Kinnison and Hannah Matilda Kinnison, was born December 31, 1903, at the family home near Angus, Nebraska. Read More	Luella Matilda Kinnison, youngest daughter of William Henry Kinnison and Hannah Matilda Kinnison, was born December 31, 1903, at the family home near Angus, Nebraska. Her father, mother and one brother, preceded her in death. In 1916, at the age of 12, she joined the United Brethren Church in Angus. She remained a faithful member of that church until death. She was a member of the Order of the Eastern Star and the Royal Neighbors of America. She leaves to mourn her passing: her husband, the daughters, Donna Lee Judy and Patty Ann Grover of New Carlisle, O., and Cloma Rae Jensen of Oak, Nebr., six grandchildren, Sandra and Dian Judy, Benny, Rita and Mitzi Grover, and Tommy Jensen; three son-in-laws, Eldon Judy, Dean Grover, and Loren Jensen; seven brothers and three sisters. The brothers and sisters are: Cleve, Akron, Colo., Arthur, Nelson, Nebr., Ray, Denver, Colo., Clyde, Superior, Nebr., Robert, Edgar, Nebr., Mabel Skinner, Oak, Nebr., Floyd, Omaha, Nebr., Clark, Edgar, Bernice Adamson, Hudson, Colo., Gertrude Skinner, Oak; and a large number of relatives and friends. She spent her entire life in Angus or its vicinity. I cannot say, and I will not say That she is dead, She is just away! With a cheery smile, and a wave of the hand She has wondered into and (sic) unknown land, And left us dreaming how very fair It needs must be, since she lingers there And you-you, who the wildest yearn For the old-time step and the glad return, Think of her faring on, as dear In the love of There as the love of Here; Think of her still as the same, I say: She is not dead, she is just away. --James Whitcomb Riley Funeral services were conducted from the Angus Evangelical United Brethren church (sic) at 2 p.m. Sunday. The Rev. Clifford Bahr officiated. Ruth Mary McGhie was the pianist and Merna Kinnison and Lola Trettenero sang "In The Upper Garden". The pallbearers were Byron Kinnison, Robert Kinnison, Gene Kinnison, Max Melvin, Herbert Peters and Garth Melvin. In charge of the flowers were Mr. and Mrs. Roy Burkett, Mr. and Mrs. Ray Peters, Mrs. Verona Peters and Mrs. Mildred Melton. Mrs. King was the second of 12 children to pass away.
