Luella Falconer, eldest daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Reuben Falconer, was born Nov. 14, 1875, near Fremont, and died at the home of her son, Charles, in Neligh. She was 15 years old when she was baptized in Maple Christian Church near her home. She was the church organist for several years. She attended Fremont normal where she studied and taught music. She started her music teaching career when she was 16 years old. She was married Jan. 17, 1900, to Charles H. Boschult of Fontenelle, and to them three daughters and three sons were born. After the death of her husband, she finished her education in 1933 and 1934. She passed the church board requirements, received her license to preach the gospel and became a singing evangelist. She served in that capacity until her health failed. She was an active member of the Willow Grove United Brethren Church which she and her husband helped organize. Mrs. Boschult owned and managed her home with her daughter, Mildred, who was her constant companion the past 25 years. Surviving are three daughters, Mrs. Mildred Jensen and Mrs. Edgar Bridge of Tilden, and Mrs. Leonard Apfel of Pierce; three sons, Trajan H. and Charles R., both of Neligh, and Roylin L. of Lynch; 17 grandchildren, two great grand children; three sisters, Mrs. George Dufek of Plainview, Mrs. Chris Unkel of Snyder and Mrs. W. C. Post of Fremont. Mrs. Boschult raised an orphaned niece, Lois B. Moore, now Mrs. William Doase of Belden.
