Description	:	Mrs. Margaret Ann Peterson, the daughter of Walter S. and Teresa (sic) Moss Keith, was born on a farm near Nelson, Nebraska on April 13, 1887. She was united in marriage to Peter Andrew Peterson on February 11, 1908. Born to this union were two sons: Wallace E. Peterson of Bangkok, Thailand and H. Dale Peterson of Chico, California and two daughters, Margaret Jean Williams of Washington, D.C. and Mae Hummel (sic) of Aberdeen, South Dakota. Mr. and Mrs. Peter A. Read More	Mrs. Margaret Ann Peterson, the daughter of Walter S. and Teresa (sic) Moss Keith, was born on a farm near Nelson, Nebraska on April 13, 1887. She was united in marriage to Peter Andrew Peterson on February 11, 1908. Born to this union were two sons: Wallace E. Peterson of Bangkok, Thailand and H. Dale Peterson of Chico, California and two daughters, Margaret Jean Williams of Washington, D.C. and Mae Hummel (sic) of Aberdeen, South Dakota. Mr. and Mrs. Peter A. Peterson spent their entire married lives in Nuckolls County and were devoted members of the First Presbyterian Church of Nelson. Mr. Peterson was a leader in the church, having served as an Elder and often preached the sermon. Mrs. Peterson was a member of Chapter J of the P.E.O. for many years. She was a devoted wife and mother and gave her whole life to the care of her family. After her husband's death in April 1945, she moved to Greeley, Colorado where she lived for some ten years. She maintained her membership in the Nelson Presbyterian Church. Mrs. Peterson departed this life at the Weld County Hospital in Greeley on October 15, 1973. In addition to her husband she was preceded in death by an infant son, two grandsons and two brothers, Charles Keith and Ben Keith. In addition to her children, she is survived by eleven grandchildren, nine great grandchildren and a brother, Tom Collins of Boise, Idaho. Funeral services were held on Wednesday, October 17, from the First Presbyterian Church in Nelson with Pastor Forrest Grimm officiating. Burial was in the Nelson Cemetery. The Klawitter Funeral Home was in charge of the arrangements. Out of town relatives and friends here to attend the funeral of Mrs. Peterson were: Mr. and Mrs. Paul Hummell of Aberdeen, South Dakota; Mr. and Mrs. Allen Caldewell and Greg of Valentine; Mr. and Mrs. Hobart Williams of Washington, D.C.; Miss Paula Williams of Laramie, Wyoming; Mrs. Dick Brethou and sons of Beliot, Wisconsin; Mr. and Mrs. Dale Peterson, Peter and Thomas of Chico, California; Mrs. Karen Carlen of Jose, California; Chris Peterson of Hastings; Mr. and Mrs. Sam Garrison of Holdrege; Mr. and Mrs. Walter Jensen of Filley; Mr. and Mrs. Roy Calburn, Mr. and Mrs. Eddie Podtburg and Mr. and Mrs. John Lockwood all of Beatrice; Everett Moss of Pauline; Mr. and Mrs. Marion Williams, Mr. and Mrs. Jesse Williams and Mr. and Mrs. Ben Keith all of Hastings and Mr. and Mrs. Lyle Keith, Mrs. Charles Bagley and Mr. and Mrs. Soren Thomson all of Superior.
