Read More	BIOGRAPHICAL INFORMATION FOR MARGARET FOX Census records indicate she was born in 1875 not 1885 as stated in her obituary. _________________________________________ OBITUARY People's Banner (David City, Nebr.), February 24, 1921, p. 1, col. 6 DEATH OF MISS MARGARET FOX Miss Margaret Fox passed away Friday, February 18 at 4:30 p. m. at the home of her sister Mrs. W. M. Quade of Omaha. Heart trouble was the cause of her death and she was ill but one week. Her age was 35 years, 3 months and 21 days. Miss Fox was born on October 18, 1885, at Hollandtown, Wisconsin. She was the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Thomas Fox, both of whom preceded her to the other world. When but a child she moved to Butler County from Wisconsin with her parents. Up until about 15 years ago she made her home in Center township, when she moved to David City. Later she went to Omaha and has ever since made her home with her sister, Mrs. W. M. Quade of that city. She was a devout member of the Catholic church and was also a member of the Daughters of Isabella. She leaves one brother Mr. John Fox of David City, and three sisters Mrs. T. F. Mahoney of Birmingham, Washington, and Mrs. E. U. Wolfe and Mrs. W. M. Quade of Omaha. All but Mrs. Mahoney were at her bedside when she died. The body was brought to David City Monday evening for burial. The funeral services were held Tuesday morning at 9:30 from St. Francis church at Center. The services were conducted by Rev. Father Colleran, the regular church choir furnishing the singing. Messrs. Wm. Delaney, Frank Kirby, Charles Halgeth, Joe Hotovy, Daniel Flynn and Martin Theween were the pall bearers. Mr. and Mrs. W. M. Quade and Mr. and Mrs. E. U. Wolfe were in attendance at the funeral. Others from away were Dr. Fox of Chicago, Mrs. Finch of Omaha, Mrs. Fenton of Omaha, Miss Ruist of Omaha, Thos. Wade, wife and family of Columbus, Mrs. Will Schram, son and daughter of Columbus. She was laid to rest in the Center cemetery.
