Tawes, died at her home at No. 3 Somerset Avenue on Saturday morning, Oct. 4th, at 10.30 o'clock. Mrs. Tawes was the daughter of the late W. Seth Croswell and Julia Anne Potter Croswell, and was born August 10th, 1867. Read More	MRS. JAMES C. TAWES BURIED MONDAY Elderly Lady Died Saturday Morning Mrs. Margaret C. Tawes, widow of the late James C. Tawes, died at her home at No. 3 Somerset Avenue on Saturday morning, Oct. 4th, at 10.30 o'clock. Mrs. Tawes was the daughter of the late W. Seth Croswell and Julia Anne Potter Croswell, and was born August 10th, 1867. She was a sweet, talented woman, who devoted her life to her family and while her health permitted, to her church, and while many of the friends she made have preceded her in death, there remain many others to whom her death brought sincere regret. Services were conducted at her home on Monday afternoon with her minister, Rev. Melvin E. Wheatley in charge, assisted by her neighbor, Rev. Edward Garland, pastor of the Baptist Temple. Interment was in the Crisfield Cemetery. Mrs. Tawes was the mother of three children, Julian Croswell Tawes, who died in infancy, Margaret Tawes Holmes, who died thirty-one years ago, and Mrs. Thomas C. Hill, of Hazelton, Pa., who survives. One sister, Mrs. Isaac H. Tawes, three grandchildren, Dr. Thomas C. Hill of San Antonio, Texas; Margaret C. Hill of Springfield, Mass; and John M.
