She married David Alexandra Kivett in 1885 and they were the parents of eleven children: William Wesley, Daisy Lee, Pearlee Lassiter, Florence Elizabeth, Dora Fleta, David Arthur, Charles Leslie, Clark Hoyt, Lexie Delilah, Lala Maie, and George Low. Greensboro Record, North Carolina June 11, 1936 Mrs. David Kivett Dies Early Today At Randolph Home RAMSEUR, June 11 - Mrs. David A. Kivett, 70, died at her home, located seven miles east of Ramseur, at 3:30 o'clock this morning following a critical illness of two weeks. She had been in declining health for the past two years. Mrs. Kivett, had been a loyal member of Kildee Holiness church for the past 30 years. Prior to her illness she was active in the various societies of the church and other religious organizations. Surviving the deceased, besides her husband, are four daughters, Mrs. A. H. Frazier, and Mrs. J. E. Bridges, of Ramseur route 2, Mrs. H. E. Howell, of Raleigh, and Mrs. A. I. Park, of Danville, Va.; six sons, Wesley W. and Clarence L. Kivett, near Siler City, P. L. and B. Arthur Kivett, of Gibsonville, and Clark H. and George L. Kivett of Burlington, and two half-brothers, Charles and Jesse Burke, of Asheboro route 1. Funeral service will be conducted at Kildee Holiness church at 4 o'clock Friday afternoon. The pastor, Rev. C. E. Winslow, will be in charge and will be assisted by Rev. W. A. Way, pastor of Edgeville Pilgrim Holiness church, of near Greensboro. Greensboro Record, North Carolina June 12, 1936 MRS. DAVID A.
