Description	:	Coy, Margaret 1855-1928 Mrs. L. D. Coy, for 37 years a resident of Villisca, died at her home here Saturday at 4:40 p.m. her death resulting from heart and kidney trouble. She had been in failing health during the last four years and was bedfast much of the time during the last two months of her life. Margaret Easter Simmons was born April 16, 1854 in Indiana and was 74 years old at her death. She moved with her parents to Kansas and a little later at the age of 2 years, she came to Iowa and settled near Bedford.... Read More	Coy, Margaret 1855-1928 Mrs. L. D. Margaret Easter Simmons was born April 16, 1854 in Indiana and was 74 years old at her death. She moved with her parents to Kansas and a little later at the age of 2 years, she came to Iowa and settled near Bedford. She was married to L. D. Coy on April 2, 1891, and since that time her home has been in Villisca. To this union two children were born, one of whom died in infancy. The other, Mrs. Mary Stallings of Villisca, survives with her husband and father. There are also four grandchildren and two step children, Will Coy of Omaha, and Mrs. Ella Spohn of Cleveland, Ohio. Mrs. Coy was a member of the Methodist Church. Her funeral was held at her home Monday afternoon at 2:30 o'clock, with Rev. Geo. A. Lawton in charge of the service. The singing was by Margaret Lindell and Margaret Winter, with Dorothy Peterson as accompanist and the pall bearers were Howard Wolfe, F. S. Pierson, J. R. Kirk, E. A. Patterson, J. F.
