Description	:	Mrs. Margaret Dickson passed away at her home on South Jefferson avenue on Monday evening at 5 o'clock, in her 83d year. She was born on the 26th day of November in the year 1838, in East College street, in her father's house which at that time occupied the site upon which the house of William Hincy now stands. To this union there were born eight children,... Read More	Mrs. Margaret Dickson passed away at her home on South Jefferson avenue on Monday evening at 5 o'clock, in her 83d year. She was born on the 26th day of November in the year 1838, in East College street, in her father's house which at that time occupied the site upon which the house of William Hincy now stands. She was educated in the public schools of Canonsburg and spent all her life in and about this place. On October 4, 1859, Margaret Ferguson was united in marriage to William Dickson. To this union there were born eight children, six of whom are still living. She is also survived by an only sister, eight grandchildren and three great-grandchildren. Mrs. Dickson was a life long, member of the Canonsburg United Presbyterian Church, uniting with that body at the "Bridge Church" in the year 1854. She has been in feeble health for some months, suffering during the summer with pneumonia from which she recovered only to be taken down again four weeks ago. Her death was hastened by a paralytic stroke experienced last Thursday. The funeral services will be held from her late home on South Jefferson avenue, Wednesday afternoon at 2:30 o'clock The burial will be in the Speer, Spring cemetery.
