Obituary, Florida Times-Union, January 4, 2017 Margaret Lucille Lucy Hargraves, 88, passed away Monday, January 2, 2017. Mrs. Hargraves was a native and lifelong resident of Jacksonville. Lucy was preceded in death by her son, Jody Barker her husband, Thomas Jack Hargraves. Survivors include her daughter, Clara Higginbotham (Hank); two brothers, Billy Higginbotham (Gatha) and Johnny Higginbotham (Yvonne); one sister, Sandra Campbell (Bill); six grandchildren, Jody Millican, Robbie Millican (Liz), C.C. Higginbotham (Tori), Jamie Higginbotham, Laurie Knight (Joe) and Corey Higginbotham; nine great grandchildren, Brooke (Jamie), Aly, Haylee, Tessa, Derek, Lucas, Allen, Hannah and Zoey; two great-great grandchildren, Brooke's daughters, Emilee and Natalee; numerous nieces and nephews; and her everlasting companion, Billie Hurlbert, Jr. The family will receive friends from 6:00 to 8:00 pm Wednesday at Corey-Kerlin Funeral Home, 1426 Rowe Avenue. Graveside services will be held at 11:00 am Thursday at Eubanks Cemetery, with Rev. Alan Patz officiating. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in her memory to the Alzheimer's Association.
