Description	:	Coon Rapids Enterprise September 14, 1928 Mrs. Margaret Teter, wife of George Frank Teter, died last Friday at her home in Coon Rapids. She was stricken at the beginning of her illness with intense pains in her head and soon afterward typhoid fever developed, the fever running high until death came. Mrs. Teter was the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Jacob Shawd, deceased, and leaves a number of sisters and brothers, together with one daughter and four sons, and husband, to grieve over her passing. Read More	Coon Rapids Enterprise September 14, 1928 Mrs. Margaret Teter, wife of George Frank Teter, died last Friday at her home in Coon Rapids. She was stricken at the beginning of her illness with intense pains in her head and soon afterward typhoid fever developed, the fever running high until death came. Mrs. Teter was the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Jacob Shawd, deceased, and leaves a number of sisters and brothers, together with one daughter and four sons, and husband, to grieve over her passing. She was a woman who was loved by all of her associates. She was considerate and affectional toward her husband and their relatives. Her death is deeply mourned. Funeral services were conducted from the M. E. Church Monday afternoon. Rev. C. W. Clayburg officiated the church was considerably filled with relatives and friends. Two brothers Howard and Pearl and four sons, eight Adelbert, Howard, Otis and Alvin were the pallbearers. The husband and two sisters Anna and Tamma, and one daughter. Rose, besides the pallbearers are the near relatives left to mourn. Interment was made in the Coon Rapids Cemetery. Obituary read from the pulpit: Margaret Rosetta Shawd Teter was born at Dayton, Ohio. When but a small child, she moved with her parents to Iowa. She was married to G. F. Teter in Guthrie County and lived all her married life in and near Coon Rapids. She was a member of the Methodist Episcopal church in Coon Rapids and also of the Eastern Star; also Home Culture Club. She leaves to mourn her loss her husband, one daughter, four sons, three grandchildren, three sisters and two brothers. Besides other relatives and a host of friends.
