She had been in failing health for the past 2.5 years. Margaret was born on July 27, 1908 to Charles G and Johanna M (Yanek) Schultz of Steinauer. She lived in Steinauer for 32 years; Omaha for five years; Bruno for two years and in Tecumseh the remainder of her lifetime. Read More	OBITUARY - TECUMSEH CHIEF - TECUMSEH, JOHNSON, NEBRASKA - 08 March 1990 Margaret M. Obrist of Tecumseh passed away at her home on Sunday, March 4. She had been in failing health for the past 2.5 years. Margaret was born on July 27, 1908 to Charles G and Johanna M (Yanek) Schultz of Steinauer. She lived in Steinauer for 32 years; Omaha for five years; Bruno for two years and in Tecumseh the remainder of her lifetime. She attended country school for six years and St. Anthony's Catholic school through the eighth grade. On October 2, 1940, she was united in marriage to Clarence A. Obrist of Tecumseh at the St. Anthony's church in Steinauer Margaret operated a liquor store with her husband from 1949 thru 1954 and again from 1956 to 1973. She was a member of the Catholic church her entire life, presently a member of St. Andrew's church in Tecumseh. She also was a member of the St. Andrew's Altar Society. Survivors include her husband, Clarence of Tecumseh; and a sister, Christina A Jasa of Steinauer. Funeral services were held on Wednesday, March at the St. Andrew's Catholic church with Father Raymond Hain officiating. Pallbearers were Jerome Obrist, Lawrence Obrist, Harold Obrist, Charles W Jasa, James L. Jasa and Tim A. Schaardt. Interment was in the St. Anthony's Cemetery, Steinauer.
