Mrs. Chrudimsky, whose maiden name was Marie Absolon, was born December 13, 1873, at Skuc, Czecho-Slovakia. Her parents died when she child, and she was reared by a grandmother. In 1892 she was married to Frank Chrudimsky in Czecho-Slovakia, the couple coming to America six years later. Since that time the family has lived in the Traer and Clutier communities, moving last March to the former John Hadacek farm east of Clutier after many years on a farm a few miles north of town. Besides her husband she is survived by four sons—Bohush, Lester, William and Frank Chrudimsky, all of the Clutier community—and by one daughter, Mrs. William Cizek, of Belle Plaine. The decedent's only brother died in Europe about three years ago. Mrs. Chrudimsky was a member of the Z. C. B. J. lodge. She was a devoted wife and mother and a highly respected citizen of the community, whose loss is widely mourned Contributor: George (48419540)
