Rev. Norman Winkelman officiated. Mrs. Lloyd Johnson was organist and vocalists were Mr and Mrs Harold Magedanz and Mr and Mrs Elton Peterson. Wegner funeral home was in charge of the arrangements. Mrs Siemers was born January 18, 1880 in Germany. She came to the United States at the age of 13 with her folks, Mr and Mrs Ferdinand Muske. They first lived near New Ulm, Minn. and in 1898 her family moved to the Bowbells community. She homesteaded in Minnesota township in 1898 and in 1900 she was married to Albert Siemers. She was preceded in death by her husband, one daughter, Edna, her parents and one sister. Mrs Siemers has been housekeeper for George Besaw for a number of years. She is survived by two sons, Alfred and Fritz; two daughters Florence and Mrs Frances Matte, eight grandchildren and 10 great grandchildren, a sister, Mrs Frank Redmer, and a brother, August Muske at New Ulm, Minn. -July 9, 1959
