Description	:	Marilyn Joyce Angove Yenger, age 79, of 1001 Milton Street in Stratford, Iowa left her earthly body on Monday morning, February 9, 2015, to go home to be with Jesus, a journey she has been longing to take. Marilyn was born at the home of her parents, Eugene and Hazel Angove, in Albia, Iowa, on May 21, 1935. At age 7, Marilyn trusted Jesus Christ as her Lord and Savior for eternal salvation. Read More	Marilyn Joyce Angove Yenger, age 79, of 1001 Milton Street in Stratford, Iowa left her earthly body on Monday morning, February 9, 2015, to go home to be with Jesus, a journey she has been longing to take. Marilyn was born at the home of her parents, Eugene and Hazel Angove, in Albia, Iowa, on May 21, 1935. At age 7, Marilyn trusted Jesus Christ as her Lord and Savior for eternal salvation. She graduated from Albia High School, class of 1953. After high school, she attended Westmar College in LeMars, Iowa, and Buena Vista where she received her teaching certificate with a Bachelor’s Degree in Elementary Education. On February 6, 1955, she married her high school sweetheart, Frank Yenger at the Evangelical United Brethren Church in Albia, Iowa. They shared 60 years of marriage and were blessed with 6 children. First and foremost, Marilyn loved Jesus and desired for others to have the joy of knowing Him. She was a wonderful wife and mother. She also held positions as teacher, secretary, school bus driver, and emergency medical technician; and was known far and wide for her homemade cinnamon rolls. Her parents and infant son preceded her in death. Marilyn is survived by her husband, Frank; their children Jim Yenger and wife Naomi of Nashville, Michigan; Judy Noble and husband Tom of Des Moines, Iowa; Jan Cornett and husband Wayne of Frenchburg, Kentucky; Joan Gonzalez and husband Guillermo of Muncie, Indiana; Joyce Higgins and husband David of Bondurant, Iowa; and Joe Yenger and wife Shauna of New Palestine, Indiana; 20 grandchildren; 7 great-grandchildren; 4 brothers Art, Dick, Jim and Dave Angove, a sister Sharon Peterson; many nieces, nephews, cousins and dear friends.
