Description	:	Grim Reapers Toll Marion Albin Marion Albin, aped 73 years, five months and 25 days, died at the home of Virgil Vance, Monday evening, after an illness of three days. Marion Albin was born at Elkhart, Indiana, March 16, 1847 and came to Missouri in 1914. In 1874 he was married to Miss Jessie Holbart, who passed away in 1908. Read More	Grim Reapers Toll Marion Albin Marion Albin, aped 73 years, five months and 25 days, died at the home of Virgil Vance, Monday evening, after an illness of three days. Marion Albin was born at Elkhart, Indiana, March 16, 1847 and came to Missouri in 1914. In 1874 he was married to Miss Jessie Holbart, who passed away in 1908. To this union eight children were born, four of whom have already passed to the great beyond. The living children are, Marvin A, of near Rowena; Mrs Vernice Vance, of Paris, Mrs Fanny Islay, of LaFayette, Indiana, and Mrs Bertha Babb, of Montcello, Indiana. Thirteen grand children are also left to mourn his death. Mr Albin had been a member of the Methodist church for thirty years, having joined at Indiana. Funeral services were conducted at the home of Virgil Vance at Rowena, Wednesday afternoon, by Rev H L Leutzow, of Centralia, after which the body was shipped to SanPierre, Indiana, for burial. Mr Albin made many friends during his residence in this section and he is spoken of as a conscientions workman and a loyal neighbor.
