Description	:	Martha was born in New York. She married Sylvester Allen and they lived in New York where her husband farmed.The union was blessed with their family. They relocated to Rock Island, Illinois. This was where the children were raised-Mary(born in 1834), Addison(born in 1837), except Ransom(born in 1845). It is known Ransom died of TB but Mary had remained in Corland, New York for a few years when Mary moved out of the home and then in 1850 Mary was back in the home. She married Sylvester Allen and they lived in New York where her husband farmed.The union was blessed with their family. They relocated to Rock Island, Illinois. This was where the children were raised-Mary(born in 1834), Addison(born in 1837), except Ransom(born in 1845). It is known Ransom died of TB but Mary had remained in Corland, New York for a few years when Mary moved out of the home and then in 1850 Mary was back in the home. In 1870 daughter Mary was not living in the home when the family moved to Alexandria, S.D. Within a short time Mary and Ransom had both passed but Addison moved with the family, married in Illinois and the marriage blessed Martha with four known grandchildren. The family moved with Martha and her husband to Alexandria, South Dakota. There Martha was blessed with grandson Fred Allen(Addison's son) marrying Maude Mcmaster, daughter of Mary aka Mollie Lowry Mcmaster and W.C. Mcmaster. The great grandchildren were Howard, Hazel, Berneice Valeda, and Mamie. Her grandson Fred and wife stayed/raised family in S.D. After 30 years her Fred Allen family/children moved to Taucoma, Washington except Howard who joined Martha eternally at 11 days of life and is buried at Green Hill with her and Sylvester Allen.
