She was married in 1919 to Vernon F. Schnarre, and he died in 1941. Surviving are two sons, Vernon of St. Marys, and John of Greenville, PA; two daughters, Mrs. Russell (Roberta) Oxender of Pioneer and Mrs. Edward (Wilma) Kuenning of Celina; 11 grandchildren and two great-grandchildren, and a brother, Wilson Hilgeman of Kalamazoo, Mich.
