LOWE IS LAID TO REST FUNERAL SERVICES HELD HERE FOR MATILDA LOWE Martha Matilda Willey, daughter of John and Martha Willey was born in Marysville, Kansas, January 26, 1868, and died June 20, 1943 at the hospital in Yakima, Washington, at the age of 75 years, 4 months and 20 days. On April 26, 1885 she was united in marriage to James F. Lowe. To this union twelve children were born. Most of their married life was spent in Kansas and Nebraska. On May 25, 1932, her husband passed away at the age of 74 years, 3 months and 18 days at Culbertson, Nebr. After the death of her husband, she made her home with her son, Jack, in Table Rock until August 27, 1942 when they all moved to Yakima, Washington. Mrs. Lowe gave her best to her home and family and will be missed by all who knew and loved her. She leaves to mourn her passing, six children, Pearl Lowe of Table Rock, Mrs. Charles Rowland of Pawnee City, Mrs. Verna Frazier, Mrs. Willis Coon and John and Ted Lowe all of Yakima, Washington; one sister, Mrs. Nora Mundell of Falls City and a brother, Mr. John Willey of Salem, Nebr.
