Description	:	Martha "Pauline" Autem, 90, of Parsons and a former McCune resident, passed away at 4:40 p.m., Saturday, June 12, 2021, at the Woodridge Estates in Parsons. Pauline was born on February 6, 1931 at McCune to Gus and Alice (Kelso) Autem, Jr. She grew up at McCune and attended McCune schools graduating from McCune High School. Pauline then worked at the McCune State Bank for several years as a teller, the Parsons Sun, and helped out on her aunt and uncles farm near McCune. She moved to Parsons in 2002. Read More	Martha "Pauline" Autem, 90, of Parsons and a former McCune resident, passed away at 4:40 p.m., Saturday, June 12, 2021, at the Woodridge Estates in Parsons. Pauline was born on February 6, 1931 at McCune to Gus and Alice (Kelso) Autem, Jr. She grew up at McCune and attended McCune schools graduating from McCune High School. Pauline then worked at the McCune State Bank for several years as a teller, the Parsons Sun, and helped out on her aunt and uncles farm near McCune. She moved to Parsons in 2002. She enjoyed puzzles particularly doing puzzles at the Parsons Public Library and activities at the Parsons Senior Citizens Center. Pauline was a member of the Kingdom Hall of Jehovah's Witnesses and enjoyed sharing her faith with others. Pauline is survived by her brother, Gus E. Autem of Parsons and several nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents and two sisters, Mary "Colleen" Mockton and Veda Autem. Graveside services will be held at 10 a.m., Wednesday, June 16, 2021, at the McCune Cemetery at McCune with burial following. Memorials are suggested to the Jehovah's Witnesses and these may be left at or mailed to the Carson-Wall Funeral Home, 112 N. 26th St., P.O. Box 942, Parsons, KS 67357.
