Description	:	Funeral Held Oct. 29 for Mrs. Orville Stolp Funeral services for Mrs. Orville Stolp, who passed away at the age of 51 at a Norfolk hospital Oct. 26, following a lingering illness, were conducted Saturday at St. Ludger Catholic Church with the Rev. Robert Smith officiating. Pallbearers, all nephews of the deceased were Raymond Tharnish, Edward Tharnish, Stanley Boyle, James Mathine, Francis Balleweg and Ernest Tharnish Jr. Burial was in St. Ludger Cemetery. She was educated at St. Ludger Academy and worked in the Fair Store until she was united in marriage to Orville Stolp on Feb. 15, 1928. To this union were born three children, Kenneth of Verdigre and Mrs. Barbara Montgomery and Billy at home. The family has lived six miles south of Creighton the past 11 years. She is survived by her husband; three children; one grandson; her mother, Mrs. Elizabeth Tharnish of Creighton; five brothers, Ernest, Henry and Joe of Creighton, Albert of Norfolk and Leo of Lincoln; three sisters, Sister M. Rosalina, O.S.F. of Bellwood, Mrs. John Mathine of Creighton and Mrs. Walter Boyle of Sioux City, Ia. She was preceded in death by her father; one brother, Elmer Tharnish and a sister, Mrs. Otto Balleweg. ...The Creighton News 3 Nov 1955
