He was survived by his son, Michael Jurich, of San Pedro, California; two daughters, Patricia Powell of Lenexa, Kansas, and Mary Ann Jepson of Shawnee, Kansas; two brothers, Valentine Jurich of Kansas City, Kansas, and Thomas Jurich of Kansas City, Missouri; three sisters, Frances Brockman of North Kansas City, Missouri, Rosemary Jurich of Kansas City, Missouri, and Jennie Farmer of Camden, Delaware; five grandchildren and five great-grandchildren. Friends called on Sunday afternoon at the Amos Family Chapel of Shawnee, where the Rosary recitation was held prior to the visitation.
