Description	:	Tradgedy saddened the Edo Dirks family October 15,1933. As was the custom each Sunday after church,several of the aunts,uncles and cousins were invited out to "Grandpa and Grandma's for dinner. On this occassion Art and Edna were leading the "Caravan" of relatives to the farm. At one of those infamous,blinding intersections on county roads,(Kurtzahls Corner), another car crashed into the Kraft car. Edna and the baby were killed instantly but Art survived.
