Description	:	Marvin Donald Kelley lived all his life in Kansas. He never married. He twice accidentally fell on his head onto concrete off a 2nd story passage way at his parent's apartment over their restaurant in Bonner Springs, when he was 2-3 years old. He received a traumatic brain injury. He could write his name and knew his age, but never worked. He received a traumatic brain injury. He could write his name and knew his age, but never worked. His parents tried to put him in school, but he would come home crying because the kids and teacher was not nice to him. Eventually, they stopped trying to educate him. He liked going to the movies. When she grew older, his widowed mother signed over custody to one of her sons, and soon after her death this older brother had him placed in a residential home in Rossville, KS. where Marvin lived until he died. Many in the family were not told where he was placed, and were unable to visit with him during his remaining life.
