Description : Niobrara, Aug. 10th--The body of Mrs. Anna Brown, who died in Story City, Iowa, Tuesday, reached here for burial, Saturday morning.

The funeral services were held at the Methodist church at 11 o'clock.

Mrs. Brown was 57 years of age. Her death was due to an attack of appendicitis.

She had made her home here for several years and left early in the summer to join the Samaritan Army, located at Webster City, Iowa.

Her maiden name was Anna Strain. She married twice. Her first husband was Louis Darnell of Creighton and the second, Thomas Brown of Niobrara. There were no children.
