She passed away on October 14, 1977, at the Fillmore County hospital after a long illness. She attended school at the Ohiowa public school. She was baptized in the Lutheran faith at the Gethsemane church on May 15, 1955, in Ong. She was confirmed in the Grace Lutheran church of Geneva on May 5, 1959. Read More	CLARK, MARY ANN KATHERINE—Mary Ann Katherine Clark was born on April 24, 1938, to Chris and Irene (Krisl) Saatmann. She passed away on October 14, 1977, at the Fillmore County hospital after a long illness. She attended school at the Ohiowa public school. She was baptized in the Lutheran faith at the Gethsemane church on May 15, 1955, in Ong. She was confirmed in the Grace Lutheran church of Geneva on May 5, 1959. On December 25, 1960, she was united in marriage to Clarence (Ted) Clark. To this union was born one daughter, Ellen Irene. On November, 22, 1962, Ted passed away. On February 24, 1963, she was united in marriage to Clarence C. Clark. To this union were born two daughters, Mary Carmen and Debra Kaye. She was preceded in death by her husband, Ted. She is survived by her husband Clarence; her daughters, Ellen, Mary and Debra; her parents; her brother, Mervin; her sisters, Mrs. Richard (Louisa) Braden, Mrs. Art (Darlene) Schumacher Jr. and Christine Saatmann of Geneva; her grandmother, Mrs. Rose Krisl and nieces and nephews; also a host of other relatives and friends. Funeral services were conducted from Prince of Peace Lutheran church at Geneva at 10 a.m. Monday, October 17, with Rev. Woodrow W. Wilson officiating. Mrs. Alvin Rizer sang “Old Rugged Cross” and “How Great Thou Art”, accompanied by organist Miss Lorri Barbur. Pallbearers were Dave Clark, Martin Saatmann, Robert Johnson, John W. Wilkins, Edward Roemmich and Dean Willey. Interment was in the Geneva cemetery. The Nebraska Signal 20 October 1977 page 5.
