Description	:	Daughter of James and Ann Price. Emigrated from Lislea, County Derry, Ireland about 1847-9 with husband John and the first four of their 10 children. In 1869 Mary's sister Ann sailed from Ireland, settling in Brockville, Ontario. After John's death, Ann moved to Spencerville to care for her widowed sister. Neither Mary nor John could read or write and signed with an "X." They had been weavers on their small farm in Lislea, about 35 miles due east of Derry City.
