Description	:	Aka Maria Anna Kruta Schelbitzki ~ Mrs. Mary Schelbitzki Sieberr, daughter of Wenzel and Mary Schelbitzki was born on a farm north of Ohiowa, Neb., March 31, 1881. She passed away at the Fillmore County Hospital in Geneva, Neb., November 9, 1966, having attained the age of 85 years, 7 months and 8 days. December 20, 1900, she was united in marriage to John Henry Sieber of the Ohiowa community. This union was blessed with three sons and two daughters, all of whom survive. Read More	Aka Maria Anna Kruta Schelbitzki ~ Mrs. Mary Schelbitzki Sieberr, daughter of Wenzel and Mary Schelbitzki was born on a farm north of Ohiowa, Neb., March 31, 1881. She passed away at the Fillmore County Hospital in Geneva, Neb., November 9, 1966, having attained the age of 85 years, 7 months and 8 days. December 20, 1900, she was united in marriage to John Henry Sieber of the Ohiowa community. This union was blessed with three sons and two daughters, all of whom survive. They resided continuously on the farm north of Ohiowa until her husband's passing March 8, 1951. Mrs. Sieber will be remembered for her industrious nature, faithfully ministering to her home, family and others, caring for her aged father until his passing in 1928, and assisting her elder sister, Sarah, who was visually impaired until her passing in 1952. She loved and took great pride in her garden and flowers. Mrs. Sieber's health failed in 1953, and she retired from the farm and moved to Ohiowa, where she resided until her hospitalization. Her entire life was spent in Fillmore County. Surviving her passing are three sons, Edward and Richard of Ohiowa and Henry of Lincoln; two daughters, Mrs. Arthur (Mollie) Peter of Sutton and Mrs. Emil (Rose) Bernasek of Ohiowa; two daughters-in-law, Mrs. Betty Sieber of Ohiowa, and Mrs. Libbye Siber of Lincoln; two sons-in-law, Art Peter of Sutton and Emil Bernasek of Ohiowa; 19 grandchildren and 22 great-grandchildren; two brothers, Henry and Gustav Schelbitzki of Ohiowa; one sister, Mrs. George (Anna) Rippe of Sidney; and three sisters-in-law, Mrs. Minnie Schelbitzki of Bruning, Mrs. Albina Schelbitzki and Mrs. Henry Schelbitzki of Ohiowa. She was preceded in death by her husband; her parents; four sisters; four brothers; one daughter-in-law and two sons-in-law. Funeral services were held at the Kritner-Farmer Funeral Home in Geneva, Neb., November 11. Rev. Clifford Bahr of the Evangelical United Brethren Church officiating. Mrs. H.A. Rosenau sang "In the Garden" and "Beyond the Sunset." Mrs. Melvin O. Olson was accompanist. Pallbearers were Dayle Ditmer, Joseph Korbelik, Kermit Mussman, Frederick Saatmann, Fred Stych and James Vejraska. Interment was in the Glengary Pioneer Cemetery north of Ohiowa.
