Wolfe officiating. Burial was in the Tipton Masonic cemetery. Pallbearers were Hank Lewis, Dennis Hill, Keith Bell, Dan Busse, Les Humphrey and Bill Fankhauser. Templeton at Cedar Rapids January 6, 1915. She was a resident of the Tipton community for 70 years. Following the death of her husband she was a clerk for Schultz Bros. for 16 years and worked for 8 years at the motel on North Cedar Street where the Maid Rite is located. She was a member of the Cedar Street Baptist church and the Friendly Circle of King's Daughters. She is survived by a daughter, Arleen York, Stewartsville, Minnesota; 4 grandchildren, 4 great-grandchildren and several nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her husband, 2 sons, 2 brothers and 7 sisters.
