Description	:	Ella Loveland was born at Hamburg, Iowa, August 8, 1869. She was one of a family of eight children, two boys and six girls, five of whom are now living, one boy and four girls, Frank Loveland of Glen Ridge, New Jersey; Edith Boyd of Hamburg, Iowa; Alice Foundyce of Highland, Michigan; Lillian Dunn of Corpus Christi, Texas; and Ida Moomaw of Beatrice, Nebraska. On January 7, 1891, she was married to A. F. Watts of Watson, Missouri. She was the mother of nine children, seven of whom are now living, six boys and one girl, two girls dying in infancy.... Those living are Lyle R. of St. Joseph, Missouri, Mrs. Marie Manrose of Riverton, Iowa, Vern C., Veryl F., Lewis Gordon, and Russell Dean of Nodaway, Iowa, and Harry A. of Shenandoah, Iowa. She also leaves 12 grandchildren. In 1896 she joined the Christian Church, and while affiliated with other churches, she has always kept her membership in that church. She really lived her Christianity, and the Golden Rule was the rule of her life, trying to brighten the life of first her family and with those who were her neighbors. She went to her reward at 1:47 a.m., June 14, 1931. The funeral services were held at the Presbyterian Church, Tuesday afternoon conducted by Rev. S. R. Overholser of Woodbine, Iowa. The singers were Mrs. Harold Everett, Mrs. Stanley Hyde, Martin Taylor, and Leslie Cronwall. Interment was made in the Nodaway Cemetery. Her six sons acted as pall bearers.
