On the 1930 Lexington, VA census, I found head grocery store sales and widower Adrian B Crawford, 46; daughter Louise M Crawford, 39; son James B. Crawford, 17; daughter Elizabeth H Crawford, 11 and widow and mother Mary F. Crigler, 81, all VA born. They lived at 206 Randolph street. Mary Frances Crigler was born in about 1848 in "Amherst Co., VA", to parents Adrian Ballard (born in Bedford Co.) and Elizabeth Taylor. She was (last) the spouse of Daniel Crigler and resided on Randolph St.. On 1 Feb 1935, she died in Lexington, Rockbridge Co., VA. The informant was Mrs. C M Painter of Roanoke, VA.
