Description	:	Mary G. Hale, 95, Wenatchee, formerly of Chelan, died Wednesday at Central Washington Hospital. She was born Mary Murdock, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. A. H. Murdock, pioneers of the Waterville area, on April 4, 1888, at Fairbault, Minn. At an early age she moved to Waterville with her family and later to Chelan where she attended school. The family returned to Waterville and on June 16, 1909, she married Titus Hale at Waterville. Hale, 95, Wenatchee, formerly of Chelan, died Wednesday at Central Washington Hospital. She was born Mary Murdock, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. A. H. Murdock, pioneers of the Waterville area, on April 4, 1888, at Fairbault, Minn. At an early age she moved to Waterville with her family and later to Chelan where she attended school. The family returned to Waterville and on June 16, 1909, she married Titus Hale at Waterville. Following their marriage the made their home on Twenty-Five Mile Creek at Lake Chelan until the fall of 1909 when they moved to Princeton, N. J. In the spring of 1912 they returned to Twenty-Five Mile Creek. Mr. Hale died in 1942 and since 1975 Mrs. Hale made here home in Wenatchee to be near her two daughters. She was a member of the Little Stone Church, Chelan, and a charter member of the Twenty-Five Mile Creek Grange. Survivors include two daughters, Mrs. J. R. (Dorothy) Wilson McKellar and Mrs. Ross (Caroline) Yearout, both of Wenatchee; three sons, the Rev. T. Murdock Hale, Washington, Vt., and Roger and David Hale, both of Chelan; a sister, Muriel Snyder, Marysville; a brother, Harry W. Murdock, Newton, N.C.; 18 grandchildren; and 27 great-grandchildren. In addition to her husband, she was preceded in death by a son, two brothers, five sisters and three grandsons. Precht Rose Chapel, Chelan, is in charge of arrangements.
