Cremation services will be held in Denver and burial in the Eagalite cemetery. Mrs. Wallace, a resident of the Plateau Valley most of her life, was born in Niwot, Colorado, the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. William Goyn. She moved to the Plateau Valley in 1893 and married Charles Labbe, a Plateau Valley rancher on December 21, 1898. Mr. Labbe died January 9, 1925. She married another Collbran rancher. She married William J. Wallace, April 10, 1927. He died December 22, 1940. She moved to Grand Junction, Colorado in 1941 and to Canon City in 1957. She had been in failing health for the last year and fell and broke a hip two weeks ago. Mrs. Wallace was a charter member of the Collbran Eastern Star Chapter 103, and a charter member and past noble grand of Rebekah Lodge 74. She is survived by a son, Rene Labbe, San Fernando, California; Two stepsons, William J. Wallace. Jr. and Fred Wallace, both of Collbran; three stepdaughters, Mrs. (Lena) Spencer Riddel of Denver, Colorado Mrs. (Anna) William Byers of Fruita, Colorado and Mrs. (LaVerne) Donald Young of Martinez, California; a sister, Mrs. Burley Anderson of Collbran; four Grandchildren.
