Born Jan. 14, 1930, in Fishers Hollow, Md., she was the daughter of Hazel Summers Fisher of Myersville, Md. and the late Oscar W. Fisher. She had been employed as an inspector by American Optical Co. in Frederick, Md., retiring after 25 years. She was a member of Mountain View Baptist Church in Hagerstown, taught Sunday school, sang in the choir and was coordinator of banquets and weddings. Born Jan. 14, 1930, in Fishers Hollow, Md., she was the daughter of Hazel Summers Fisher of Myersville, Md. and the late Oscar W. Fisher. She had been employed as an inspector by American Optical Co. in Frederick, Md., retiring after 25 years. She was a member of Mountain View Baptist Church in Hagerstown, taught Sunday school, sang in the choir and was coordinator of banquets and weddings. In addition to her mother, she is survived by her husband, William L. Zepp; three sons, David W. Zepp of Hagerstown, Richard L. Zepp of Keedysville and Steven T. Zepp of Myersville; three sisters, Martha Pryor of Frederick, Md., Patsy Zeigler of Middletown and Judy Abel of Hagerstown; two brothers, Ray Fisher of Middletown and Harold Fisher of Myersville; four grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; two stepgrandchildren; nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by one brother, Kenny Fisher; and one grandson. Services will be Friday at 11 a.m. at Mountain View Baptist Church, Hagerstown. Pastor Bill Clark will officiate. Burial will be in Harmony Cemetery in Myersville. The family will receive friends Thursday from 7 to 9 p.m. at Donald B. Thompson Funeral Home, Middletown. Visitation also will be Friday at 10 a.m. at the church. Memorial donations may be made to Mountain View Baptist Church, Building Fund, 12107 Walnut Point Road, Hagerstown, MD 21740.
