She was married to Wyatt Ringgold on Dec.30,1854 in Carroll Co., Arkansas. Her children who lived to majority, were Elizabeth Frances, Benjamin Franklin, Thomas Green, Martha Alice, John Wesley, Mary Emma, Joseph E., and Anna Arista. Ringgold. 78 years old, died at 3:30 o'clock yesterday afternoon, at the residence of her daughter, Mrs. Price Shofner, 2401 West Sixteenth Street. She is survived by three sons, B.F. Ringgold, Crowell,Tex.; T.G. Ringgold, Cabot, and Dr. John W. Ringgold, Ashdown, and four daughters, Mrs. M.K. Wilson, Cabot; Mrs. W.J. Botts, Peniel, Tex.; and Mrs. W.A. Brannen and Mrs. Shofner of Little Rock. Brief funeral services will be conducted from the Shofner residence at 2:30 o'clock this afternoon and the body will be taken to Cabot for burial in Mount Pleasant cemetery, near that city. The pallbearers will be C.E. Hayes, J.W. Holland, R.M. Mann, T.S. Buzbee, P.L. DeJarnatt and Walter Nash. Mrs. Ringgold had been a resident of Little Rock since last summer, when she came here to reside with her daughter. For years she had lived in Cabot."
