Description	:	OBITUARY: Mary Jane Inglis, daughter of Peter Adam and Nona (Bogue) Inglis, was born near Pawnee City, Nebraska on October 18, 1911 and died in Lincoln on Friday September 10, 1993. Mary was united in marriage to Archer G. Smith in Hiawatha, KS in 1933. She was baptized into the Christian faith by Rev. T.V. Hubbell in the Humboldt Christian Church in 1944. she lived in Humboldt until moving to Ashland in 1953 and them to Lincoln in 1957. Mary became a member of Southview Christian Church in 1963. Read More	OBITUARY: Mary Jane Inglis, daughter of Peter Adam and Nona (Bogue) Inglis, was born near Pawnee City, Nebraska on October 18, 1911 and died in Lincoln on Friday September 10, 1993. Mary was united in marriage to Archer G. Smith in Hiawatha, KS in 1933. She was baptized into the Christian faith by Rev. T.V. Hubbell in the Humboldt Christian Church in 1944. she lived in Humboldt until moving to Ashland in 1953 and them to Lincoln in 1957. Mary became a member of Southview Christian Church in 1963. Mary worked in the Tea Room at Miller & Paine for several years. She is a long-time member of the Southview Christian Church quilters group. Mary was preceded in death by her parents, a brother, Kenneth, her husband Archer in 1983 and her son, Larry in 1968. Mary is survived by son, daughter-in-law, Duane and Edna Smith, McCook; Daughter and son-in-law, Carol Collins and Paul Kirchoff, Lincoln; brothers James Inglis, Pawnee City; Dale and Harold, both of Falls City; Leroy and Robert Inglis, both of Lincoln; sister, Dorothy Inglis, Beatrice; 9 grandchildren; 14 great-grandchildren and Chuck Bentley who was like a son to Archer and Mary. Services were held on September 13 at Southview Christian Church with Rev. John Ellers officiating. Pallbearers were Jim, Don, and Ron Inglis, James Lindeen, Charles Bentley and Adrian Conradt. Burial was in the Pawnee City Cemetery. Memorials to the church. (from the Pawnee Republican.)
