Description	:	Obituary: Mary Josephine Weyant, 55, wife of Frank Weyant, Hepler, died yesterday (May 12, 1953) at 1:05 p.m. at her farm home following a heart attack while doing her housework. Mrs. Weyant, a longtime resident of the Uniontown Hepler communities except for four years in Colorado, was a member of the Uniontown Methodist church and the Royal Neighbors of America. Mary Josephine Holt, daughter of M.E. and Cora Bolyard Holt, was born Feb. 8, 1898 at Uniontown. She was married to Frank Weyant on Oct. 3, 1920 at Iola. Surviving besides the husband are three children: Holt Buford Weyant, McAllen, Tex.; Miles E. Weyant, Uniontown and Grace Smith, Colony, Kas. Also surviving are the following brothers and sisters: Delta George, Sam Holt, Eddie Holt, and Iva Witisell. Uniontown and Alice Warren, Bronson. Six grandchildren also survive. One sister, Grace is deceased. Funeral arrangements are incomplete awaiting word from the son in Texas. The body is at Earl's Memorial Home. --- Funeral services for Mrs. Mary Josephine Weyant are held Sturday afternoon (May 16, 1953) at the Uniontown Methodist Church with Rev. Mrs. G. M. McIntosh conducting. Pallbearers were Bill George, Chester Boileau, Lynne Holt, Jim Holt, Don Dennis and John Brown. Music was furnished by a duet composed of Mrs. Ed Holt and Mrs. Don Norton accompanied by Mrs. Ruth McKinnis and a solo by Mrs. Don Norton accompanied by Mrs. Grace Griffith. Friends from the Hepler, Bronson communities were among those attend the services. Burial was in the Uniontown cemetery. Out of town relatives attending wre: Mr. and Mrs. Roy E. Smith, Colony; Mr. and Mrs. Holt B. Weyant, McAllen, Texas; Mr. and Mrs. John Dillender and family, Wichita; Mr. and Mrs. Jim McKinnis and Mrs. Maude Holt, Walsh, Colo.; Harvey McKinnis, Springfield, Colo., Mr. and Mrs. Robert Holt, Wheeler, Texas; and Mrs. Bernice Schlichting, Yages Center, Kas. Earl's Memorial Home directed the services.
