Binder was born October 29, 1959 in Chamberlain, SD to Louis and Mabel (Rokusek) Binder. She attended Vermillion Schools and married Francis Goeden on May 11, 1979 in Vermillion, Francis died in 1990. Binder was born October 29, 1959 in Chamberlain, SD to Louis and Mabel (Rokusek) Binder. She attended Vermillion Schools and married Francis Goeden on May 11, 1979 in Vermillion, Francis died in 1990. She married Daniel Goeden on July 30, 1993 in Vermillion, over the years she had worked for Gurney's Seed and Dale Electronics in Yankton, she had done home daycare, worked for Gateway, and the Furniture Warehouse in Vermillion, and was presently employed at the Wal-Mart store in Vermillion. Mary collected angels, enjoyed spending time with family and her grandchildren, playing rummy, sewing, gardening, cooking, and helping others. She is survived by her husband Dan of Vermillion, five sons; Bradley (Monica), Jeremy (Christine), Jeffrey and friend Hollie Bruening all of Vermillion, Daniel and James at home, four daughters Amanda (Rob) Taylor, Holly Goeden, all of Vermillion, Katie and Julie at home. Two step daughters Melisa (Rob) Heldt of Albany, OR, Johanna (Jerad) Swift of Omaha, NE, a step son Nicholas and Friend Casey Schenck of Omaha. She is also survived by her grandchildren Brooke, Grace and Jake, and two brothers; Duanne Ugofsky and friend Rose and Dale (Mary) Ugofsky. She was preceded in death by her grandparents, parents, two sisters Donna and Carol, and her first husband Francis. Funeral Mass will be 2:00 pm Saturday, October 28 at the St. Agnes Catholic Church in Vermillion with burial to follow in the Bluffview Cemetery in Vermillion. Visitation will begin at 5:00 pm Friday with a Rosary at 7:30 pm, and a Prayer Service at 8:00 pm all at the Church.
