Mary Margaret Maxon, daughter of Harry and Irene (Thompson) Maxon, was born Feb 20, 1915, in Webster City, where she was educated and attended community college. She attended the Minnesota Bible College, and received her degree in education from Drake University, Des Moines. She married Perry Bosworth in 1934, and the couple had two daughters. She married Keith Clifton o April 20, 1947, in Webster City. They resided in Webster City, and he preceded her in death in October 1966. She than married Carlton Crosley on June 19, 1970, in Des Moinews. The couple resided in Webster City. Mrs. Crosley had been employed as deputy recorder, worked at the Milo Foster Insurance Agency, KJFJ, and taught 2nd grade at Pleasant View and Riverside. She is survived by her husband, Carlton, Webster City; two daughters, Marcia (Mrs. Garwin) Carlson, Klamath Falls, and Beth (Mrs. Dale) Ganseveld, Greeley, Colo.; eight grandchildren; 12 great-grandchildren; a brother, Warren Maxon, Greenville, N.C.; and a sister, Helen (Mrs. Joseph) Parrish Sr., West Des Moines. In addition to her second husband, she was preceded in death by her parents. Mrs. Crosley was a member of the First Congregational UCC in Webster City, and the Retired Teachers Association.
