Mrs. Mary Munderloh, who would have been 95 January 12 died Sunday at a Beemer rest home after a long illness. Her twin, Mrs. Sophia Raasch, resides at the home and is in frail health. Services were this Thursday at 2 pm, at the St. John's Lutheran church at Beemer. The twins were the last surviving charter members of the church. Born in Germany, the twins were brought to America as babies by their parents, John and Sophia Sass, who settled in Dodge county. The Indian trail to Omaha passed through the family farm. Mary married George Munderloh in 1883, and they made their home on a farm near here. Five children were born to the couple. Mr. Munderloh died in 1907. Sophia was married in 1898, to John Raasch, and they became the parents of 10. The twins never lived far apart.
