Description	:	Obituary ROCKVILLE, Md. Mrs. Matlida Jane Ricketts, widow of Richard H. Ricketts, died yesterday morning at the home of her daughter, Mrs. John Bean, in Washington, aged seventy-four years. Several days ago, she went from her home, near this place, to nurse her daughter's children, who were ill of scarlet fever, and was stricken with the grip, which was the cause death. Her children, Mrs. John bean and Forest Ricketts of Washington, mrs. Irene Grimes of California, Mrs. Thomas Davis, New Jersey, and Mrs. Julian F. Ricketts, died yesterday morning at the home of her daughter, Mrs. John Bean, in this city, aged 74. Several days ago Mrs. Ricketts whose home is a short distance from Rockville, came to Washington to help horse her daughter's children, who have been ill with scariest fever, and while here was stricken with grip, which was the cause of death. She is survived by the following children: Mrs. John Bean, of Washington; Mrs. Irene Grimes, of California; Mrs. Thomas Davis, of New Jersey; Mrs. Julian F. Walters, Mrs. Howard Ward, and Everett M., Frank, and Forest Ricketts, all of Maryland. The funeral will take place at 11 o'clock tomorrow morning from the family residence.
