Description	:	Mrs. Jacob Peelen died at her home in Sioux Center Thursday of last week at the age of sixty-seven. She had been failing for some time and two days before her death passed into a state of coma. Deceased was born in the Netherlands July third 1841. Mrs. Peelen survived her husband only a little more than three months. After the death of Mr. Peelen the oldest daughter-Mrs. Van Heukelom-took up her abode with her mother and the aged lady enjoyed the tenderest of care. Mrs. Peelen survived her husband only a little more than three months. After the death of Mr. Peelen the oldest daughter-Mrs. Van Heukelom-took up her abode with her mother and the aged lady enjoyed the tenderest of care. All the other children also live near and exerted every effort to cheer and comfort her. The shock however of her husband's death seems to have taken all ambition and vitality gradually away and she now follows him to the home above. It is so recently that we gave a sketch of the Peelen family in connection with the death of husband and father that we do not repent it here. Funeral services were conducted last Saturday from the First Reformed Church by Rev. James De Pree.
