Joseph Chapel, Concordia, the Rev. Stephen Letoumeau officiating. Mr. Bechard died Friday at Mt. Joseph Care Home, Concordia. He was born Oct. 18, 1891, at Aurora and was a lifelong resident of Cloud County. He was a retired farmer, a member of the Catholic Church and the Aurora Knights of Columbus.
